These weekly Buddhist meditation classes are a perfect introduction to meditation techniques and Buddhist thought. In these classes we learn special meditations that will help us develop greater peace of mind, happiness and improve our relationships through learning to cherish others.
Stop Worry, Start Living
October 3-17 (No class October 24 & 31)
So much of the stress we normally experience comes from our mind. Many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. Just by learning simple meditation practices that you can do "on the run," we can reduce our stress level. We experience a calm, spacious feeling in our mind, and many of our usual problems will fall away.
Each Class $8; $4 seniors/students/unemployed; members free.
