Drop-in Meditation Classes
General Program
These classes are suitable for all levels of interest and experience. They introduce Buddhist meditations to help us develop positive minds, improve our relationships with others and experience lasting happiness.
Each class consists of guided meditation, instruction, and discussion and lasts approximately an hour and a half.
You can choose either to sit on a chair or a cushion.
Classes are self-contained so you can attend any you choose. However you may receive more benefit from attending a whole course and so gain a full understanding of the subject.
