What to Expect at a Class
Most classes begin with a simple guided meditation to reduce stress, tension, and distractions. This is followed by a teaching on a particular aspect of Buddhism and how to apply Buddhist principles into daily life. After the teaching, there is time for question and answer or sometimes small group discussion. Class ends with a brief meditation to create the wish to use what we have learned to improve our life and the lives of others. Below are some video examples to give you an idea of what a class you attend might be like.
After the class we invite you to enjoy snacks and refreshments while relaxing or discussing the ideas presented in the teaching with like-minded friends.
